Policies
Return/Refund
Lynn’s Linens Boutique understands that you may need to return an item. We have a return window of 10 days after you receive your order. All returns will receive store credit via email or an exchange if we have the item in-stock. We do not offer refunds. We only refund the amount of the item, not the shipping fees. Please allow up to 5 business days after we have received your return for processing. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return. Please email us directly at LynnsLinensBoutique@gmail.com to start the return process.
Please note that there are exceptions to our return policy. The following items cannot be returned, if they are returned, you will NOT receive store credit: jewelry, swimsuits, custom items, pre-order sales, and items that have been washed or show visible signs of use are not eligible.
Shipped Orders
All orders will be considered standard shipping orders. All orders are processed and shipped in 3-5 business days after order is placed.
Please note that if there are delays caused by our shipping carriers, the customer will need to contact them directly.
Pick-up Orders
All pick-up orders will be processed within 2-3 business days after the order is placed. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for pick-up.
Please note that if you choose pick-up, your order will not be shipped. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Damaged Items
If you have received a damaged item, please email us directly at LynnsLinensBoutique@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your product to inform us of the issue. If we are notified after 3 days, the item will not be eligible for a return. You must include a photo of the damage with your email.
Lynn’s Linens is not responsible for damages due to improper care, handling, or incorrect sizing.
