Return/Refund

Lynn’s Linens Boutique understands that you may need to return an item. You may return any item that has not been washed or show visible signs of use within 10 business days of receiving your order. However, we DO NOT do refunds or exchanges. All returns will receive STORE CREDIT via email. We only refund the amount of the item, not the sales tax or shipping fees. Please allow up to 5 business days after we have received your return for processing.  You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return. Please note that there are exceptions to our return policy. The following items cannot be returned, if they are returned, you will NOT receive store credit:

Jewelry and swimsuits are final sale

Items that have been washed or show visible signs of use

Damaged Items

If you have received a damaged item, please email us directly at LynnsLinensBoutique@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your product to inform us of the issue. If we are notified after 3 days, the item will not be eligible for a return. You must include a photo of the damage with your email.

Lynn’s Linens is not responsible for damages due to improper care, handling, or incorrect sizing.

Submitting a return

Please email us directly at LynnsLinensBoutique@gmail.com to start the return process. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return.

Shipping

Free shipping for orders over $75

Orders under $75 have a shipping cost of $8.00

All orders will be considered standard shipping orders. All orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.

Please note that if there are delays caused by our shipping carriers, the customer will need to contact them directly.
